Tatanka Tacos
My friend Matt Johnson's mom Julie Johnson's take on Indian tacos
1 lb ground bison
1 pkg taco seasoning
spinach
cheddar cheese
tomato
black olives
taco sauce
cook bison like ground beef. keeping in mind it cooks in 1/3 of the time beef does. cook on low heat stirring constantly until red meat turns brown. Add taco seasoning and water according to package directions.
make like a taco adding whatever ingredients you wish.
