Deep fried turkey / turkey balls


Dickinson's famous deep fried turkey

1 whole turkey or turkey breast thawed out and cut into big bite size pieces.marinate overnight in a mixture of 1/4c tender quick and 6 cups water. Rinse the next morning very well or they will be salty!! Dip in a blend of krusteaz pancake mix, Lawry seasoned salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Bake at 350 deg for an hour and a half. Completely cover in foil and pour water in bottom of pan to steam bake -turkey should not be in the water.
