NODAK RED EYE and schnapps

Apple Pie
1 gallon apple cider
1/2 gallon apple juice
7 cinnamon sticks
750ml 190proofe everclear
3 cups sugar
boil cider with cinnamon sticks for 15 min.

add sugar and apple juice bring to a boil take out sticks and let cool. (takes a few hours or overnight) Add everclear when cool. and bottle in mason jars alcohol bottles or juice bottles.

Orange Push up
3 quarts water
3 cups sugar
boil to dissolve sugar let cool.
add 750 ml 190 proof everclear
add 1/2 gallon TGIF Orange Dream.

Cherry
750 ml 190 proof everclear
1 bottle marichino cherries
3 bottles of water (use the everclear bottle to measure)
melt 2 cups sugar (in double boiler melt till carmel color)
add water.
let cool add everclear and cherries with juice.

Root Beer- or other flavor such as raspberry or strawberry
6 cups sugar (in double boiler melt until carmel color)
add 11 cups water
let cool add 750 ml 190 proof everclear and 1 oz of root beer (or other flavoring -we use Watkins brand its out of minnesota)

Reese's Peanut Butter cup
5 cups sugar
11 cups water
bring to hard boil boil 20 min and let cool
add 2 cups everclear
1 (2 oz) bottle peanut butter extract
1 (2 oz) bottle chocolate extract
