NODAK RED EYE and schnapps

Apple Pie 1 gallon apple cider 1/2 gallon apple juice 7 cinnamon sticks 750ml 190proofe everclear 3 cups sugar boil cider with cinnamon sticks for 15 min. add sugar and apple juice bring to a boil take out sticks and let cool. (takes a few hours or overnight) Add everclear when cool. and bottle in mason jars alcohol bottles or juice bottles. Orange Push up 3 quarts water 3 cups sugar boil to dissolve sugar let cool. add 750 ml 190 proof everclear add 1/2 gallon TGIF Orange Dream. Cherry 750 ml 190 proof everclear 1 bottle marichino cherries 3 bottles of water (use the everclear bottle to measure) melt 2 cups sugar (in double boiler melt till carmel color) add water. let cool add everclear and cherries with juice. Root Beer- or other flavor such as raspberry or strawberry 6 cups sugar (in double boiler melt until carmel color) add 11 cups water let cool add 750 ml 190 proof everclear and 1 oz of root beer (or other flavoring -we use Watkins brand its out

Knoephla soup

Knoephla Soup 4 cups water (seasoned with powder chicken bouillon cubes) bring to boil dissolve cubes, add 1 quart cream. heat add celery onion potato and carrots (to your taste) bacon, ham or chicken if you wish Add knoephla - either store bought or recipe follows 1cup flour, 1egg, 1/2 c milk, 1/2 tsp salt. mix form into snake cut into cubes. Boil until knoephla and potatoes are cooked through. Enjoy

Deep fried turkey / turkey balls

Dickinson's famous deep fried turkey 1 whole turkey or turkey breast thawed out and cut into big bite size pieces.marinate overnight in a mixture of 1/4c tender quick and 6 cups water. Rinse the next morning very well or they will be salty!! Dip in a blend of krusteaz pancake mix, Lawry seasoned salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Bake at 350 deg for an hour and a half. Completely cover in foil and pour water in bottom of pan to steam bake -turkey should not be in the water.
