4 cups water (seasoned with powder chicken bouillon cubes)
bring to boil dissolve cubes,
add 1 quart cream. heat
add celery onion potato and carrots (to your taste)
bacon, ham or chicken if you wish
Add knoephla - either store bought or recipe follows
1cup flour, 1egg, 1/2 c milk, 1/2 tsp salt. mix form into snake cut into cubes.
Boil until knoephla and potatoes are cooked through.
